Orders and Shipping

Creating an account is simple! Just click the “Sign Up” or “Account” icon at the top of our website, fill in your details, and follow the instructions to set up your account. This will allow you to track orders, save shipping addresses, and manage your preferences.

If your order has not yet shipped, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your updated shipping information. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account and view your order status anytime.

No, for your security, we do not store any credit card information. All transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway.

We are required to collect sales tax in states where it is applicable. The sales tax amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

Depending on the size and availability of items, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package if that’s the case.

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item received, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.

We’re sorry your order was damaged in transit. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. Email everything to [email protected], and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not ship any items back without prior authorization, as this may affect your refund eligibility.
